President
Heidy Torres is a community leader and president of an aid foundation in Venezuela with more than 20 years of experience in humanitarian social service. In Venezuela my country was home to children and elderly in vulnerable situations and extreme poverty, supported young athletes and provided medical centers for several years, due to the country's situation I saw the need to emigrate and start in this beautiful country which opened its doors to me.
I am a preschool teacher and administration technician, a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer diagnosis that changed my life, but instead of moving away from everything I decided to face the disease and resume my vocation to help others diagnosed with cancer or any other medical condition. That is why I created a support group for women cancer survivors, where we do events, talks, workshops, I want my women to feel useful and supported, this group is for people who are going through or have gone through the disease.
After a year of community work we decided to register and formalize the organization Todos Tienen Un Corazon and thank God we are now legalized and we have our arms and hearts open to help many, our motto is to encourage cancer patients and survivors not to give up, that early diagnosis is the key and can be the difference between life and death, we carry a unique message: It is not an option to give up and less to lose faith.
We carry a unique message: It is not an option to give up or lose faith.
